Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Product missing from the order
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as images or videos of the received package/product.
Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method or as otherwise communicated.
Please note:
- Refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
